WILL MY KEYS FIT IN THE ORBITKEY?

Most keys will fit without any issue, as long as the hole on your key is greater than 4mm in diameter, has a flat profile, and length is shorter than 67mm from hole to end of the key. It's recommended to put the longest key in the middle.

CARE

All Orbitkey products are covered by a 24 month manufacturing warranty. Leather is a natural material with a unique grain/colour. Store out of direct sunlight, avoid abrasive surfaces. We recommend using V ario Spray Leather Protector. Use leather protector only suitable for coloured leather protector, clean gently with soft, damp cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners on mirror in case it affects the leather. Please spot test your protector to ensure colour doesn't lift. Avoid rubbing or excessive abrasion to ensure longevity. We started as a handmade brand and now produce on a larger scale—but our products are still thoughtfully crafted, with every design tested to meet our standards.

While rare, manufacturing faults can happen. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to get it sorted.

Your purchase is covered by a 12-month warranty for genuine manufacturing faults.

FREE standard shipping on orders over $150, otherwise $9 in Australia.
Express shipping is calculated at checkout.

Regular periods: We dispatch orders within 24 hours if they are placed before 12pm Qld time AEST (excludes weekends + public holidays). These times are subject to change depending on promotional periods, preorders or high-volume orders.

Split orders at checkout: To help reduce wait times on stock delays to our Brisbane warehouse, we have chipped into our international stock at our second warehouse so we can ship some items directly to you instead of waiting 6 more weeks. Deliveries typically arriving in approx 7 business days. The rest of your order will be dispatched as usual from our Brisbane HQ. You won’t be charged extra for split shipping, and you’ll receive tracking for each parcel as it’s sent.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND: FREE shipping over $250 NZD.
