SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

FREE standard shipping on orders over $150, otherwise $11 in Australia.

Express shipping is calculated at checkout.

Regular periods: We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours hours (excludes weekends + public holidays). These times are subject to change depending on promotional periods, preorders or high-volume orders. Once orders are placed, you are provided a 30 minute window where you can edit your shipping address or email. Signature is required on delivery due to higher value items, please opt for delivery to a workplace or a Free Parcel Locker if you won't be home to receive and want to avoid picking up from a Post Office. 

Multiple shipping locations:

Froom time to time we have some of our stock stored in a secondary location - your order may come in multiple deliveries - you will receive shipping for each parcel and deliveries will typically arriving within 2 to 8 business days. You won’t be charged extra for split shipping, and you’ll receive tracking for each parcel as it’s sent.

We’re always working to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and this approach helps us avoid lengthy wait times for shifting stock. If you’re ever unsure about your order status, just reach out and we’ll be happy to check for you.

SHIPPING TO THE USA

FREE shipping over $150 USD.

Our US and international warehouse is now open. We are building up stock at this site every day, we appreciate your understanding in this as our international partners were the only way we could continue offering non-Aus shipping. 

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

FREE shipping over $250 NZD.

Flat rate $15 AUD via international tracked post.

No additional duties or taxes typically apply for orders under NZD $1000.

SHIPPING TO OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

Import duties/taxes not included and may apply depending on location. Enter your address at checkout to see available options. If nothing shows up, email us and we'll check it out for you.

DESPATCHES DURING PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

Due to the predicted volume of orders of periods such as Black Friday, we have additional warehouse staff at our despatch company working overtime to despatch your orders. We understand waiting for online orders isn't fun! However, our despatch team are working as efficiently as possible and plan ahead of time for these influxes. Despatch times can extend up to approximately 5-7 business days for these times. This is an approximate only and does not include your order transit time, which is dependent upon Australia Post. Selecting express delivery at checkout provides you with an expedited delivery service with Australia Post which speeds up transit time only. We appreciate kindness and patience through this busy period. Please email us if you'd like estimated despatch times before your order as we can calculate it depending on when you place it.

Minimum Spend

Our website has minimum order of $20 AUD or depending on your country, including GST, excluding shipping.

Express Post

Selecting express post at checkout provides you with Australia Post Express Post (or equivalent) service, not a shortened despatch time/queue jump. Order despatches will occur in the order received and express post will not speed up order processing time.

International Orders + Duties/Taxes

Orders are sent via international courier.  Based on weight of order and country, calculated at checkout. If your order does not show a shipping offer, please email support@bonmaxie.com.au as we will need to review our provider. Import taxes and duties are included if stated at checkout. You will be contacted by your local postal service if import taxes are to be paid and will be directed to where you can make payment. Once payment has been made, your item will be delivered. Please check your country’s import taxes and duties prior to placing your order - tax and duty calculators are available on the Internet. Any additional costs incurred is the responsibility of the customer.

Gift Cards

We supply electronic gift cards only, which will be sent instantly to your nominated email address. Any gift card values purchased alongside physical products are not be included towards free shipping thresholds. 

Tracking

If you selected tracked shipping, you will receive an email with trackable Aus Post info - please check your junk mail! If you wish for your item to be sent via tracked and/or express post, please select the tracked and/or express option at checkout. Bon Maxie will not be held responsible for any lost items in the mail.

Delivery with Signature

We require signatures upon delivery for most items. This system is in place to ensure your order ends up safely in your hands and to avoid orders being weather damaged, left in an unsafe location or stolen (yup, all 3 has happened in the past). Please allocate a postal address that will have a recipient during business hours to sign for your item (work or family) or direct it to a local parcel locker (available FREE through Australia Post) where you can pick up the item when convenient.

Delivery Guarantee

Bon Maxie offers optional Parcel Protection that must be selected at checkout to assist with things like lost, damaged or stolen parcels. For more information, go to this link.

Preorders

Pre-Order Deliveries

Placement of pre-orders is confirmation that you have read and understood the following:

  • Pre-order items mean you're ordering an item not  yet in stock.

  • Depending on the product, lead times before despatch can be around 2-8 weeks from time of order, depending on when the delivery is due.

  • Your order will then be despatched by our warehouse and regular Aus Post delivery times will apply.

  • Any items ordered alongside a preorder item will not be despatched until the final item has arrived in our warehouse. If you would like other items earlier,  please place a separate order.

  • We cannot accept any changes or cancellations  to your order once you have placed it due to stock commitments with our manufacturer.

  • Please check your address carefully.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any stock delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances or Aus Post outages, but rest assured, we'll be hustling our hardest to get your items to you ASAP and will keep you updated with any changes. 

Postal Addresses

It is your responsibility to check your postal address at the time of the order. Bon Maxie is not liable for purchases returned to us due to incorrect addresses. Re-directing post will occur at the customer's expense as our warehouse has to resend through the system.
