We have had an unexpected issue with our Bon Rewards program provider and unfortunately have had to suspend it immediately. As a small business owner, a sudden change in our value offering isn't something I wanted to have - however I currently have my hands tied without access to the back end of the program. I am aware that this leaves some of you with existing valid rewards codes and unredeemed points. Luckily, we do have all the points data available - and we have consolidated valid pending points, outstanding and redeemed but unspent vouchers and have emailed relevant customers on the 23rd Sept with a store gift voucher equivalent to the available total. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked this out.
As such, access to rewards panels is not available and valid codes have also been suspended as they have been credited in the above vouchers.
