WILL MY KEYS FIT IN THE ORBITKEY?

Most keys will fit without any issue, as long as the hole on your key is greater than 4mm in diameter, has a flat profile, and length is shorter than 67mm from hole to end of the key. It's recommended to put the longest key in the middle.

CARE

All Orbitkey products are covered by a 24 month manufacturing warranty. Leather is a natural material with a unique grain/colour. Store out of direct sunlight, avoid abrasive surfaces. We recommend using V ario Spray Leather Protector. Use leather protector only suitable for coloured leather protector, clean gently with soft, damp cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners on mirror in case it affects the leather. Please spot test your protector to ensure colour doesn't lift. Avoid rubbing or excessive abrasion to ensure longevity. OUR LEATHER

The leather used in our leather crossbody bags, tote bags, wallets and some trims of items or bag straps has been sourced from a Leather Working Group audited and gold-rated tannery. The LWG is a not-for-profit group that drives best practices and positive social and environmental change for responsible leather production by assessing and certifying leather manufacturers and the auditing process covers energy use, waste, water use and chemicals, as well as traceability.

DELIVERY

Same-day despatch for orders by 10am AEST

Our warehouse team are powerhouses! Our regular turnaround for orders are same day if you've ordered before 10am AEST on business days. Even in super-busy periods, they're lightning fast, however if you've ordered during a sale, promotion, product launch or pre-order, this may be slightly extended to between 3 and 5 business days.

Standard Delivery

Enjoy fast despatch and free standard delivery for all online purchases over $99. Delivered within 2-6 business days after despatch with Standard Post in Australia.

Express Delivery

Enjoy fast despatch and delivery within 1-2 business days for Express Post in Australia after it leaves our warehouse. Selecting an express post option at checkout means you have opted for expedited transit service for your parcel—orders will be despatched in the order in which they are received by our warehouse.

International Delivery

Add in your address at checkout for options available. If a service isn't showing, it may be that our carrier currently doesn't ship to your address, or the weight of your order may need to be reviewed by the warehouse system. Please email and we can review for you!

RETURNS

Our Policy

We are happy to offer you a credit for change of mind returns on most full priced merchandise within one week from receipt. An approved return slip will need to be sent as we use a third party logistics company who manages multiple brands. Compact keys
