How much is shipping?

Australia: FREE standard shipping (shippee!) on all orders over $150, otherwise $11. Express shipping is calculated at checkout, starting at $15. Split orders may not be eliglble for express shipping. (refer NZ, US, international below)

When will you post my order?

We'll despatch your order within 24 business hours for orders placed by 12pm AEDT*.

Sale and major promotional periods may take longer but we'll let you know estimated times here.

What if my item's on preorder?

We have VERY enthusiastic customers who often sell us out of things quicker than expected! Instead of making you wait for 6-10 weeks in production THEN delivery to our warehouse, we open preorders so you can secure your item and avoid launch day stress! 

Why are there 2 shipping time estimates at checkout? In order to bypass some major stock delivery times (we're talking upwards of 5-6 weeks), we're now able to ship directly to you from our new international warehouse! We do have a lot of stock in our local Brisbane warehouse, so your order may come in 2 separate deliveries. Our international warehouse despatches within 24 hours, but your Australia Post label might take a few days to show movement while it ways for your item's arriving in their distribution centre. It'll arrive usually within 7 business days, often sooner. The rest of your order will be dispatched as usual from our Brisbane HQ. We appreciate it's a smidge awkward, but you won't be charged for the 2 lots of shipping, we're covering both shipping costs so you don't have to wait longer for stock or risk missing out altogether! You'll get 2 tracking numbers.

International shipping

New Zealand: Free shipping over $250 NZD, otherwise calculated at checkout. All taxes and duties included.

USA (import duties/taxes included): FREE shipping over $250 USD, otherwise calculated at checkout. All taxes and duties included.

All other countries: Caculated at checkout

Are import duties and taxes included on my order? Import duties/taxes are included for our US and NZ customers. Other locations may apply depending on location. Enter your address at checkout to see available options. If nothing shows up, email us and we'll check it out for you.

I can't see some regular items on the website! Our US and international warehouse is now open after 6 months of not being able to ship! We've got deliveries arriving every week while we build up our stock. We appreciate your understanding - this is the only we could continue offering international shipping.

We want you to feel confident choosing your item, especially if you're new here. If you’re unsure about size, material or colour, feel free to reach out before ordering. We’re always happy to help you choose the right piece.

We photograph everything in natural light, but screen settings, brightness and filters can shift how colours appear. Our products can vary by 5-10mm due to the handsewn nature, this is considered standard in manufacturing.

Not 100% sure about something? Just ask as we’d rather help you get it right the first time.

Returns are accepted on full-priced, unused items within 14 days of delivery for exchange, return for store credit or refund. A few exceptions:

• Items discounted up to 20% including bundles are exchange only
• Items or bundles discounted over 20% are last of/end of line and are final sale
• Toiletry bags, jewellery cases and glasses cases are personal care items and cannot be returned due to hygiene
• Product care (eg. waterproofer or cleaning spray), as we cannot check whether the item has been used
• Items missing original packaging like dust bags, stuffing or protective film cannot be accepted as not in resellabel condition

Items need to come back in brand new, resellable condition so we can sell your return to someone else. Any returns that show signs of use or are missing packaging may not be accepted or could receive a partial refund

• Returns may incur our warehouse company's standard restock fee.

• Pre-paid return labels from Australia Post can be purchased through the returns portal.

• Depending on the item and its condition, returns may be eligible for refund, store credit or exchange

• If something needs repacking, a small restocking fee may apply
