Regular periods: We dispatch orders within 24 hours if they are placed before 12pm Qld time AEST (excludes weekends + public holidays). These times are subject to change depending on promotional periods, preorders or high-volume orders. 

Split orders at checkout: To help reduce wait times on stock delays to our Brisbane warehouse, we have chipped into our international stock at our second warehouse so we can ship some items directly to you instead of waiting 6 more weeks. Deliveries typically arriving in approx 7 business days. The rest of your order will be dispatched as usual from our Brisbane HQ. You won’t be charged extra for split shipping, and you’ll receive tracking for each parcel as it’s sent.
