  • We recommend using our Collonil cleaner, waterproof and conditioners to help care for your items. Avoid sharp objects, rubbing or excessive abrasion to ensure longevity. We recommend storing your phone with lens away from the zip. We always used tempered glass screen protectors for extra protection for phones in any bags!

SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $150, otherwise $9 in Australia.
  • Express shipping is calculated at checkout.

Regular periods: We dispatch orders within 24 hours if they are placed before 12pm Qld time AEST (excludes weekends + public holidays). These times are subject to change depending on promotional periods, preorders or high-volume orders. 

Split orders at checkout: To help reduce wait times on stock delays to our Brisbane warehouse, we have chipped into our international stock at our second warehouse so we can ship some items directly to you instead of waiting 6 more weeks. Deliveries typically arriving in approx 7 business days. The rest of your order will be dispatched as usual from our Brisbane HQ. You won’t be charged extra for split shipping, and you’ll receive tracking for each parcel as it’s sent.

SHIPPING TO THE USA: FREE shipping over $250 USD.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND: FREE shipping over $250 NZD.
