I've purchased 3 items from Bon Maxie now and couldn't be happier.
I'll admit, they're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Delivery time is excellent, as are the purchased items.

The website appeared to be experiencing technical issues while I was reviewing the bundle deals. I did contact customer service at that time and received a response the following day advising me to proceed with my purchase, as the issue should have been resolved. However, I had already completed my order the night before, as I believed the design I wanted was no longer available.

Upon subsequently revisiting the website, I noticed that the bundle I had originally intended to purchase, which included the travel jewellery case, was in fact still available at the same price.

I contacted customer service to explain the situation and to enquire whether it would be possible to add the travel jewellery case to my existing order. Unfortunately, my request was declined as this was not something they were able to accommodate. I was disappointed with this outcome, particularly as the initial website issues had led me to believe that the option I wanted was no longer available. As this was my first purchase with the company, I was disappointed by the overall experience.
