Leather is a natural material with a unique grain/colour. Store out of direct sunlight, avoid abrasive surfaces. We recommend using our Collonil cleaner, waterproof and conditioners to help care for your items. Clean gently with soft, damp cloth. Please spot test the area to ensure colour doesn't lift.

We photograph everything in natural light, but screen settings, brightness and filters can shift how colours appear. Our products can vary by 5-10mm due to the handsewn nature, this is considered standard in manufacturing.

Returns are accepted on full-priced, unused items within 14 days of delivery for exchange, return for store credit or refund. A few exceptions:

Items discounted up to 20% including bundles are exchange only

Items missing original packaging like dust bags, stuffing or protective film cannot be accepted as not in resellable condition

Best bag ever

Side kick crossbody has kept my ‘ just in case ‘ items to a minimum. Love the magnet closure of outside phone pocket. Bought the wide logo bag strap which gives the bag another look. (
3 bag styles by just changing the strap. )
Love all the features. - coffee coloured lining, easy spot key clip ( no rummaging for keys any more ) feet on bottom keeps bag free from dirty surfaces.
Recommend this bag to anyone wanting to reduce shoulder soreness from carrying excess ‘ stuff’ in your bag

Love the quality

The bag is made really good, the leather and the pattern are just to die for. I gave it 4 stars, because it is too structured for me( maybe it will become softer with time, one can hope lol ), also because my phone really struggles to get into the back outside pocket :(

Thanks for your feedback, Ksenia! Being a leather bag, yes it will give over use - and in order for it to not get too floppy, I do have some reinforcement in there. I hope that helps! THe back phone pocket should fit an iPhone 16 Pro Max with a case, but unfortunately I'm not able to guarantee every single case (especially with popsockets or additional accessories) will fit. Complimented everywhere I go

Absolutely adore this Electric Peach Crossbody. It is the most beautiful quality leather and the colour is ridiculously amazing. When I purchased it, I thought it would be more of a muted colour, despite being called Electric Peach 🙃. But in real life it's much more vibrant!

I have moved from the Mini Sidekick/Wallet Crossbody bag to this larger Crossbody bag - so I'm loving all the extra room that I've now got for glasses, drink bottle and other random things I need to carry around.

Perfect big small bag

Bought the tan as I love my black one. Didn't realise it was a bigger new version, so yet to see the contents it can hold compared to the old, I'm sure it will be just as good! Beautiful colour leather, straps great too!

This is such a nice, classic bag that goes with everything. It fits a full size wallet with room for other things. I love that the bag can be worn multiple ways with the adjustable strap.

This is literally the best bag I own. I bought it thinking it would be a cute addition to my handbag collection, but it has replaced my need for any other! If you’re on the fence about purchasing the cross-body, consider this your sign to just buy it! You won’t regret it! (You might just regret not buying it sooner, hehe)

This is a fantastic everyday bag (love all the features and the magnet smart phone pouch!). It has also become my go-to bag for travelling because it is super travel safe! When overseas, I clip my phone/wallet/keys into the internal strap to keep them secure. I also use the cross body clip to quickly and easily clip the zipper closed to prevent pick pocketing.

It is also an absolute dream just how much you can fit in this bag!!! Along with the “usual” handbag contents I will regularly fold a light jersey into it, and I’ve even managed to fit my 1.5L frank green water bottle in there! (though I wouldn’t do that on the regular, hehe).

All in all - it’s the best. Just buy it. You will see!

My ‘carry everything’ bag!

From the outside the size of this bag is quite deceptive, because of the width it’s quite roomy. It’s amazing how much I can actually fit in this bag, without it being completely packed in tight!
I’ll definitely be grabbing the mini version as my night out bag.

LOVE IT!

I was a bit worried about the international delivery but IT'S HERE!!!!! :D:D:D It arrived way faster than expected and it is beautiful! Bright bright pink and comes with a lovely dust bag. Also, read the label it comes with and it's water-resistant? I love it! The hook for the keys is very useful, I wish it was just a little longer but it will work great.

Hi Tina! The lining is a water-resistant nylon, not the leather :) But you can use a leather protector spray made for coloured leather to make it as water-resistant as possible. Hope that helps! Clare x

Jem & the Holograms wishlist!

I love the bag, the depth, size, style and soft bright colour BUT after purchasing prior, I have to say I prefer the strap with the holes and buckle to easily adjust. I did not find this strap as easy to adjust and this is why I have not done 5 stars. I also thought the buckle looked cute

I made the decision to change to the fully adjustable one after a lotttt of consideration - firstly, this fully-adjustable style means I could get the strap at least 10cm longer for those who'd like it and secondly, so that strap could be shortened right down to a very short shoulder strap, all the way to a crossbody. Furthermore, the fully-adjustable style means that everyone can find their perfect strap length, something that the buckle didn't provide with just a few hole placements. Hope that helps! Clare x

I have been saving for this bag for what seems like forever and I treated myself at Christmas time. I have not been disappointed.
The colour and style is exactly as shown on the website and socials, the double handles are a lovely touch for ease of use. I have a large wallet and this fits in comfortably and with still room for my phone and kindle. I Love it!
